HOW DO I MAKE A SALAD DRESSING???
We get asked this question all the time and we LOVE answering it because there is nothing more delicious and better for you then a salad dressing that YOU make from scratch!
We have LOTS of suggestions but the biggest to keep in mind is ...DON'T BE SCARED TO PLAY! Everybody's taste is different so follow the suggestions but play with the proportions unitil you discover what YOU LOVE!
WHAT IS THE EASIEST OPTION???
JUST DRIZZLE!

Plate your salad
Drizzle a generous amount of olive oil
Drizzle a fine amount of balsamic vinegar
Sprinkle with a flaked sea salt and fresh craked pepper...VOILA!
( You can serve with a wedge of lemon or lime on the side to add a splash of juice if desired)
WANT TO MAKE A DELICIOUS VINAIGRETTE?

To get you started try one of our favourites!!!
1 part Garlic Fused Olive Oil
1 part White Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 part Dijon Mustard (we like Kozlicks - Dijon by Anton)
Splash of Lemon Juice
Parmesan Cheese to taste
Salt and Pepper the salad after you apply the dressing
WHISK TOGETHER:
3 parts EVOO
(NOTE: If you are using a FLAVOUR FUSED OLIVE OIL, reduce to 1 PART. Add Plain EVOO if needing to thin out dressing)
1 part Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 part Dijon Mustard
Splash of ONE of the following:
Lemon,Lime or Orange juice
Apple cider vinegar
Soy Sauce
Worchester sauce
Add as much and as many of the following as you want (NOTE: Start with about 1/3 part and add more if desired)
Fresh or dried herbs
Crushed garlic
Crushed ginger
Finely chopped scallions
Parmesan Cheese
Salt and pepper directly on the salad to taste after you apply the dressing
